Sorry it’s been a while since my last post, I’ve been very busy working on some other projects.
I’ve created a short video below that shows you how to get some free traffic from MSN and a top quality PR6 back link to your website. I did not have time to do the audio, but it’s quite easy to see what’s going on.

I tried to do this on MSN but it blocked my post because it said I had inserted a hyperlink or URL
Im confused somewhat, Ive set an msn account up under JIST Website Design, gone to comment on posts but there is no link icon there ??? so i can put a link on there
can you help ???

I could post in blog part of MSN. Worked good. I expect back links as need them very much.

Will try a few high PR sites and see what happens, but my site is up and down like a yo-yo so it’s difficult to assess how my backlinks are doing

Nice advice, but they don’t allow links anymore.
I believe it is very useful information however I am having trouble getting audio. On the YouTube video either from within the blog and directly from YouTube.
